Ambassador observes Nuevos Horizontes projects

Ambassador H. Douglas Barclay and his wife Dee Dee visited some of the sites where the Nuevos Horizontes 2005 military personnel is carrying out humanitarian work.

Ambassador H. Douglas Barclay and his wife Dee Dee visited some of the sites where the Nuevos Horizontes 2005 military personnel is carrying out humanitarian work.

During his visit Ambassador Barclay observed medical consultations being conducted by a medical brigade in the Ixanales cantón in the municipality of Santo Domingo, department of San Vicente, and later, he and Mrs. Barclay visited the site of construction of a health clinic in the municipality of San Ildefonso, also in San Vicente.
