signs agreement with Salvadoran Government

Ambassador H. Douglas Barclay, Salvadoran Foreign Minister,
Francisco Lainez and USAID director Mark Silverman signed
on August 9th a an agreement to improve health and education
services in El Salvador.
With this agreement, the Government of the United States
will contribute 45 million dollars, with 12.7 million dollars
from the Salvadoran Government for period 2004-2009, for
the project called: “Strengthening Health and Basic
Education”.
