The Ambassador of the United States and the Salvadoran Ministers of Economy and Defense participated in the opening of a seminar on commercial opportunities for Salvadoran companies to offer goods and services for the reconstruction of Iraq. During the two-day seminar held on September 12 and 13, the presenters discussed what is needed in the current reconstruction effort and how interested Salvadoran companies may submit bids for U.S. government contracts.
