US Secretary of Commerce meets with Central American presidents

On Thursday, October 20th, US Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez met in San Salvador with the presidents of El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua and with representatives of the presidents of Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.

The main subject of the meeting was the entry into force of CAFTA-DR currently set for January 1st, 2006.
