Ambassador Barclay honored with Orden Nacional

In a private ceremony, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador gave Ambassador H. Douglas Barclay the Orden Nacional Jose Matias Delgado en el Grado de Gran Cruz de Plata.

The Award was presented by Foreign Minister Francisco Laínez and Vice Foreign Minister, Eduardo Calix. This distinction expresses the high regard and appreciation of El Salvador for the work done by Ambassador Barclay.
