Government Ethics Tribunal Commemorates First Anniversary.

US Ambassador Charles Glazer presided over a Veteran’s Day celebration at the US Embassy in San Salvador the evening of November 8th, 2007.

In his remarks, Ambassador Glazer paid tribute to the men and women who have served in the US armed forces and have defended freedom throughout different conflicts. He also acknowledged the contribution of Salvadorans that have fought along with the US in the Second World War and Vietnam among other conflicts.
Ambassador Glazer laid a wreath in front of a monument to American citizens, including about 20 service members, killed during El Salvador’s civil war.
